Life is short
A cliche often said,
considered, could it be because
Of the things
I’ve been often fed.
Propaganda for breakfast…
Carbonated,
Highly saturated,
And Full of Shit,
Can’t tell if it’s the food or those
Who’ve been feeding me it.
When the lies pass my lips
and become
Well ingested,
A dopamine hit
Leaves my mind well infested.
A false fulfilment.

Too much of these in life I’ve experienced,
But never one from hunger,
A gluten I became,
Ate all the lies
Yet still,
my stomach
sounds on par next to thunder…

…I apologise, you see I’ve just been starved of truth…

And this sin I’m going through feels
Unbeatable like a royal flush,
Said sin my body wishes to give into Is;
‘soulless companionship and total lust’
With that being said im reminded that
Under the right pressure,
Everything rises,
So when you do that to blood,
You may be in for some surprises.
And
I’m not one to cause a fiasco,
But have you ever thought twice
When mixing trees, with tobacco?
I mean…
It’s not over till your song is sung,
But I find you can hold the note of life longer
When you have both your lungs.

Alkaline fruits
to keep the mucus away,
Reading about mysticism and black history,
To not be led astray

I carefully choose my soundtracks
When I live my movie,
The wrong voice of conviction
Brings dark clouds with demons that could use me.

How much do I pay?
How much do I lose
if I on-go and consume
low vibrations of the the acids
instead of the alkalines?
I’m so serious when I say
Can my bills still get paid, if I say pray for Congo or free Palestine?

I conclude a well balanced diet
With my final meal of the day.

Holy scriptures for dinner;
It’s Natural protein for the mind,
Along With organic produce-
It Keeps the waistline thinner
And your soul deeped in divine

And based on this
Between long and short,
The life of long I choose,
But only accomplished
When mind, body and soul is
Dr Sebi Approved.
